Hello! I’m Ashley Plemons — a Board-certified Functional Medicine Practitioner, RN, and dedicated perinatal health specialist based in Dallas.

As a seasoned nurse with deep experience in pediatrics, NICU, and labor & delivery, I’ve spent over a decade supporting women and families through some of life’s most transformative moments. Now, as a certified Functional Medicine Practitioner, I combine clinical expertise with root-cause wisdom to help women heal holistically, especially through pregnancy, birth, and postpartum recovery.

I’m a proud Cancer Sun & Moon, with a Capricorn Rising, and Libra Midheaven, which means I bring both heart-centered care and grounded, strategic guidance to every client. My approach honors the cycles of the body and the real-world systems women live in, empowering you to reclaim your health and vitality with practical, personalized plans.

Outside of work, I live in Dallas with my three spirited cats—Jack, Alien, and Uno, while also supporting my daughter Gracie as she navigates her early adulthood. I’m passionate about creating safe, nurturing spaces for women to reclaim their power during life’s biggest transitions.
