Designed by a registered nurse with over ten years of experience in labor and delivery, as well as previous experience in pediatrics and neonatal icu. Made for the new mom, whether it be the first time having a baby or the fourth. Stay on track, monitor, journal, color, chart, and more.  This journal is broken into to two parts:

Part one: the recovery time after birth, weeks one through eight. Filled with educational material such as expectations, warning signs, relaxation techniques, gentle exercises, diet, how to’s, etc. in the forms of graphics, tables, charts, lists, calendars, coloring pages, and more. Over 100 pages alone of information, education, support, and guidance.

Part two: months three through twelve. Each section has a calendar for appointments and to-dos, expectations, journal prompts, affirmations and encouragement, education, and guidance. This part has monthly charts, check offs, trackers, journal prompts, meal planners, a place for monthly pictures, coloring pages, and more. Over 140 pages.
