As an experienced RN with over a decade of experience in the women and children specialty areas, I am excited to be offering these services to help educate, support, guide, and grow all of my fellow nursing peeps to excel in their journey. I strive to improve the understanding and knowledge needed to those entering the women’s service lines to better support our nurses and families, so they can have a safer and overall favorable birthing experience and hospital stay.
I am also available for corporate hire to assist a women’s unit who has consistently struggled to keep nurses on staff, improve workflow within the unit, help raise morale, implement guidelines and policies for improved patient and safety outcomes, be a set of fresh new eyes to bring in new and exciting features to the unit, assess where the gaps are happening, and more!
